Cubism Style made in Digital Art

    joker

Cubism funnily enough is an early-20th-century avant-garde art movement pioneered by Georges Braque and Pablo Picasso who we all know and love. This era was and still is to some the most famous form of art and has been a source of inspiration for years with both retro and modernist digital art. Using abstract geometric forms is relatively simple to achieve with software applications as it is based on simple shapes. For this post I want to show just a few examples of modern artwork that has obviously drawn inspiration from cubism judging by the characteristics and geometric patterns.

I’m hoping that Pauline from downstairs will make a few custom made cushions with these type of designs for my lovely Mrs. haha  (that’s a free plug.. so I am demanding some before mothers day!!)

Anyway I hope you enjoy these few gallery sample 🙂
